Start off with a pale blue shade for the base, then work your way upwards and outwards, getting darker to sculpt the eye. A nude lip and a purple blush on the apples of the cheeks to finish off. Add false lashes and the dark dotty eyes, and if you like, the Wolf lens. Pearl earrings compliment the theme perfectly.
